EPISODE 03: How High Achievers Spend Their Mornings

I am a strong believer that your morning routine plays a huge role in the level of productivity you achieve throughout your day. It starts with intention and setting realistic expectations for yourself. For example, if you want to wake up early without hitting the snooze button five times, then you might have to make sure you go to sleep early the night before in order to wake up feeling well rested. Whether your morning goals consist of taking a shower and making yourself some breakfast, getting a good workout in before you get down to business, or making the bed and meditating, write down your intentions and then stick to them. As soon as you hit that snooze button, you’ve already started to procrastinate. Think of it like a productive “chain of events.” Once you accomplish one goal, you will feel more motivated to accomplish the next one, and so on.
